Are you handy with a paintbrush? Do you have some decorating skills? Perhaps you just have a willing heart? Women�s Ministries is going to �adopt� a room at a local women�s shelter. If you would like to be a part of the team that tackles this project, just fill out a green card or call Rochelle at 756-3300 ext 240.
KidZone After School Program: Berean in cooperation with Spirit & Truth Christian Center will again conduct an after school tutoring program from 2nd & 3rd graders from Prospect Elementary School. This will run Mon to Thurs from 4:00-5:00pm beginning Oct 6th. We have hired Mr. Herbert Ross to be the director of this program. We need people to help with the tutoring. Would you be willing to give one hour one day per week to make a difference in a child�s life? Please contact Pastor Bill with your interest or questions via �green card� or by phone. (756-3300) .
Starting Sep 14th in Rm 213 Mike & Carolyn Hershner will be teaching the �Love & Respect� Sunday School Class, Cost $25, sign up next week.
Interested in Church Membership? Class 101: Discovering Church Membership is a four lesson class that will explain what the Bible has to say about Salvation, Baptism, Communion & Church Membership. This class does not obligate you to join Berean but it will encourage you. Classes taught by: Pastor Dave & Pastor Bill. Classes offered: Wed Night, Sept 17-Oct 8th, 7:00pm, Rm 212, Sun Mornings, Sept 21-Oct 12th, Second Hr (10:30am) in Rm 215, Sat Morning, Oct 4th from 9:00am to 1:00pm, Rm 212. MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) needs a couple of warm, caring ladies who would love to nurture, guide and encourage young moms. We meet twice a month, 2nd & 4th Tues mornings. If you are interested, please call Susi Maiyer @ 529-5162 for more information.

The Passages Sunday school class invites you to join them in the Shoes for Orphan Souls project. In conjunction with WCRF radio in Cleveland, we will be collecting NEW shoes, socks and slippers for orphans in Latvia. See the table in the foyer for more details. There will be collection boxes in the foyer and in the Family Life Center (gym) entrance during the month of July. Won�t you help us fill them? (Please note: the orphans range in age from infants to 18 yrs�.so many sizes are needed). .
